Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Delivery times are estimated on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.

 

1.What is the shipping time?

 

Expedited Express: 9-14business days

Sea freight: 25-40 natural days

Shipping Country: USA, Canada, Australia

Logistics partners: FedEx, Yun Express, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.

 

Note: For package size over 38"(96.5cm) , we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer's package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@lililighting.com).

 

2.How long will it take for me to receive my package?

 

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Orders must be processed before they can be shipped.

The time you wait before receiving your package is made up of delivery time and shipping time.

Note: When delivering the package, if it coincides with an official holiday in that country, the package will be delivered after the holiday.

 

3.Can I cancel my order during the shipping process?

 

For some reasons you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request after you have received them.

 

4.What should I do in case of breakage during the shipping process?

In rare cases breakage can occur, but crushing and bumping in transit cannot be ruled out as a cause of part breakage, please contact us and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.
